I developed a profound interest in biophysics during the later stages of my Bachelor's degree. This passion led me to secure a scholarship in Quantitative Life Sciences at ICTP, Italy.

Chromatin Dynamics
Along this journey, I embarked on two years of research adventures, initially at the Institute of Molecular Biotechnology in Austria, where I specialized in modeling chromatin dynamics within the Goloborodko Lab.

Deep Learning in Genomics
Subsequently, I further honed my skills in Fudenberg's lab at the Department of Quantitative and Computational Biology, University of Southern California. In Fudenberg's lab, I employed Deep Learning techniques to further understand the complex 3D structure of the genome. These experiences significantly enhanced my abilities as a researcher.

Current Focus
My current focus in the Zeitliger Lab and Ozel Lab lies in harnessing computational resources to uncover the intricate connections between chromatin dynamics, 3D genome organization, and gene expression in the drosophilla optic lobe.
